Free Delivery

Delivery is free on every order to every UK address. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout.

• Where we deliver The whole United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scotland and British Forces addresses.

Delivery timescales are estimates and can vary during peak periods or because of circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all United Kingdom addresses, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Free delivery applies to every one of them at the same rate.

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, contact us at support@pestx.pro before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your delivery's progress and estimated arrival time.

If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, or if you have any questions about your delivery, contact us at support@pestx.pro.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

We take great care in packaging all orders. However, if your delivery arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and, if possible, photographs of any damaged items or packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending replacement items or issuing a refund.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check with neighbours or any safe place specified at checkout. If you still can't locate your delivery, contact us and we'll investigate with our courier.
